Minutes May Meeting

2. Agreement of previous month minutes

Minutes are approved, Radar mentiones that she has sent a mail to council about Number 7 (members of docteam)

3. CC Italy

Council decides to make a unique exception about the voting procedure for CC Italy. Due to some dubious reasons, most of the Italian users are not registered for more than 3 month. Elections can go ahead now. Thanks to PandaSorn.

4. Ratification of Bogote as new CC Peru (Aciago)

Bogote was ratified by council

5. Ratification of new deputy and IRCOp for Venezuela (Fenix)

MaFeRnAzArEt was ratified. Danniels was roposed to be IRCOp, but since he’s not of legal age, there was no ratification. Council denied and told fenix to either look for another IRCOp or to wait till Danniels turns 18.

6. Joti (Tita)

Joti team has almost set up, only like to be ratified by council before we realy can go live. People in the team are:

Europe: Clicks assisted by Roger-UK

N/M/S America: bucanerro assisted by koda

Oceania: Rocky

tucker also is in, but he will be ircop for the team ..

Team will having meeting soon (2 weeks or sow) and then we will send mail out for global info meeting with council members, botteam/TT. After they finalised the JOTI 2008 document. Tita wants to run the entire global JOTI with stable team which is only for JOTI-Co' and not working for own country also

7. AOB

Grandpa informs about a new call for elections for CC Poland. He will keep council informed

Judy will send a mail to council about Joti world report

Jabiru informs about Asia Pacific Region Air Internt Jamboree. It is definitely on and he will send infos to the list

Scout_Bz complains about elections for CC Mexico.
